On the occasion of “International Menstrual Hygiene Day, 2021” Bangladesh Family Planning Society (FPAB) organized a program “Awareness of Menstrual Cup Campaign in Bangladesh” organized by Aparajita Youth Welfare Organization of Khulna District in Khulna as a special guest of honor. Mr. Md. Ashekul Islam Sheikh, Honorable Founder and Managing Director of Bit Byte Computers and Institute, Khulna also joined.
The event was hosted by Mr. Imran Jahan Arafat, District Co-ordinator of Khulna. Mr. Mahendranath Sen, Correspondent, Ekushey TV Khulna was present as the Chief Guest along with senior officials of FPAB Khulna. It is to be noted that a bunch of emerging volunteer talented youth are working all over Bangladesh including Khulna with the challenge of reducing the inertia in women’s health awareness which has caused a stir outside the country as well.
The speakers gave their own concise speeches on natural and special health awareness for women’s well-being during the season. On the occasion, Mr. Md. Ashekul Islam Sheikh spoke on the importance of personal health awareness, the use of information technology to increase health awareness, and “Cyber ​​Security Awareness” for all including women.
At one stage of the ceremony, he distributed prizes among the quiz winners. At the end of the program, Mr. Md. Ashekul Islam Sheikh presented various proposals to the organizers on all possible cooperation with the organizations in health awareness through timely use of information technology from Bit Byte Computers & Institute, Khulna.
